Thanks to your selfless commitment, last weekend we launched our social partnership program. It is attended by representatives of several associations and informal groups operating on a daily basis in Lidzbark Warmiński and its surroundings.
We started with a bang for two days of intensive training conducted by our partners from Høgskulen for grøn utvikling from Norway. During the event, m.in, we laid the foundations for the concept of resource-based rural development. Above all, we exchanged a lot of new and non-obvious ideas for activities in and around our castle. There were more ideas than time to talk, so between meetings we will move with them to the network as befits the twenty-first century.
And all this is possible thanks to the project "Conservation and restoration of the fourteenth-century castle in Lidzbark Warmiński – pearls of Gothic architecture in Poland – iii stage", which we implement from funds received from Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway as part of EEA funds, and the Minister of Culture of National Heritage and the Self-Government of the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship.
We would like to thank the participants of the meeting and see you in October! We invite all of you to follow our profile, where we publish new information about the course of the project.
